Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If, for any reason, you’re not completely satisfied, we’ve outlined our return and exchange policy below to make the process as simple as possible.
Return and Exchange Conditions
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt.
- Items must be in new and unused condition, with original packaging, and include the receipt or proof of purchase.
- For exchanges, items of equal or lesser value are accepted. Any price difference for exchanges involving items of lesser value will be refunded through the original payment method.
- Return and exchange postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend obtaining a tracking number and insurance for shipments to safeguard against loss or damage.
- Damaged items can be returned within 7 days of delivery, and any damage during transport should be reported immediately.
Refund Process
- Contact us at hello@soulstudio.com with your order details and reason for the return.
- Ensure the item is returned in new and unused condition, with original packaging and proof of purchase.
- Ship the item back to us, including your contact information and, if possible, a tracking number.
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
- You will receive an email notification regarding the approval status of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed through the original method of payment within 5 working days, with debit/credit card refunds potentially taking up to an additional 5 working days to appear in your account.
Exchange Process
- Contact us at hello@soulstudio.com with your order details and the item you wish to exchange.
- Return the item in new and unused condition, including the receipt and original packaging.
- Ship the item back with your contact information and details of the desired exchange.
Additional Information
- For international returns, please mark the package as 'RETURNED GOODS' to avoid Customs charges. Soul Studio is not responsible for any Customs charges; these are the customer's responsibility.
- Bank account details may be required to process certain refunds.
